Labor strikes that may affect your travel insurance coverage

International and U.S. strikes can disrupt flights, cruises, rail service, and other travel plans. If your trip is affected by a labor strike, it may also affect your Travelex coverage.

If a significant labor movement begins after you purchase your policy and the event was not reasonably expected when you bought your plan, your travel insurance may cover eligible losses.

Once a labor strike becomes a foreseeable event, however, claims related to that specific strike are no longer eligible for coverage.
