How can I get a copy of my policy documents?

It’s important to know the ins and outs of your coverage — both before you leave home and while you’re traveling if your itinerary changes.

We’ll always email your travel insurance policy documents to the primary traveler when they buy the policy, but you can ask for another copy at any time. Just complete this request form and we’ll send your Description of Coverage and policy documents to you via email.
