Security evacuation coverage
On an adventure vacation more than 100 miles from home? If you find yourself in an eligible situation that could cause you serious harm or death, we can help. We could help pay up to $100,000 for your transportation to get you to the nearest safe place. This coverage can also help cover certain related costs along the way, like meals and a hotel stay.
Important: This coverage only kicks in if you call our emergency assistance provider first and their experts authorize and arrange your evacuation. For more information, check the policy or reach out to our customer service team and ask about our security evacuation coverage.
Search and rescue coverage
It’ll likely never happen, but if you or the person you’re traveling with gets lost or goes missing on your adventure vacation, we can help. The benefit can cover the costs of one organized search and rescue by the appropriate authorities for no more than six days.
Important: There must be a formal report with sufficient details made for the missing traveler to the agency that can activate a search and rescue. Remember to save all receipts showing the costs of the search and rescue mission.
