Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Spring Insights Campaign Drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Travelex Insurance Services Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 810 North 96th Street, Suite 300, Omaha, NE 68114.

2. Eligibility

The Drawing is open only to natural persons who:

  • Are legal residents of the United States;
  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
  • Complete the required Spring Insights Campaign Survey (the “Survey”) during the Incentive Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family” includes spouse, ex spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (natural or adopted), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, grandchild, step grandchild, sibling, step sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, or first cousin. 

3. Incentive Period

The Survey begins May 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends June 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Incentive Period”).

The winner will be selected on July 1, 2026.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the Drawing, an eligible participant must, during the Incentive Period:

  • Complete the Survey hosted via Typeform or another Sponsor approved survey platform; and
  • Provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address, when prompted.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be received by Sponsor prior to the end of the Incentive Period. No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Incentive Period. Sponsor may use a third party randomization tool (e.g., RandomDraws.com) to conduct the drawing. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the drawing date.

If the winner:

  • Does not respond within thirty (30) days;
  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Is deemed ineligible; or
  • Declines the Prize;

Sponsor may conduct a re-draw on or after July 31, 2026, selecting an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. 

6. Prize

The winner will receive one (1) Away brand “Bigger Carry On Flex” luggage bag (the “Prize”).

Prize Details

  • Does not respond within thirty (30) days;
  • The default color is Coast Blue, but the winner may select any color available at the time of fulfillment.
  • Sponsor will order the selected luggage directly from Away and ship it to the winner using the mailing address provided by the winner.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable shipments, lost or damaged packages, or delays caused by the carrier or Away.
  • If the selected color is unavailable, Sponsor may request the winner to choose an alternative color.

Prize Conditions

  • Is awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by Sponsor;
  • Is subject to availability from Away;
  • Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash; and
  • May be substituted by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. General Conditions

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Violates these Terms and Conditions; or
  • Attempts to tamper with or manipulate the Survey or Drawing process.

Acceptance of a Prize constitutes agreement to comply with all terms, conditions, and usage requirements imposed by the Prize supplier.

No compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use the Prize as awarded. 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE DRAWING. PARTICIPANTS WAIVE ANY CLAIM TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES, AND ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, fitness, or merchantability of the Prize.

 

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Drawing shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

10. Privacy and Use of Information

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor may collect and use their personal information for purposes of administering and promoting the Drawing, including determining and notifying winners and fulfilling Prizes.

Sponsor may share collected information with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and service providers involved in administering the Drawing or fulfilling Prizes, and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

11. Winner List and Official Rules

To obtain a copy of the winner list or these Terms and Conditions, send a self addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:

Requests for the winner list must be received no later than August 15, 2026. Requests for a copy of these Terms and Conditions must be received no later than June 15, 2026.
