You can submit your insurance claim with us online at any time — from anywhere. Enter your policy confirmation number in the box above and select “Submit” to start the process.

You can find your policy confirmation number in two ways:

  1. In your confirmation of coverage email that we sent you when you bought your policy
  2. In our Travel On app after you've added your policy via your confirmation number

Want more information on next steps after you select “Submit”? First, check your policy underwriter. If you purchased on or after December 3, 2024 and your confirmation number includes a “Z”, your underwriter is Zurich. If you purchased your policy before December 3, 2024 or do not have the letter “Z” in your confirmation number, your underwriter is Berkshire Hathaway.
